    Breakky : Bread with honey + butter (healthy swap than jam ) (ticked)
    Lunch : Oats kanji with yoghurt + bottle gourd curry with dal (protein yes + limited carb )
    Dinner : Fish chilli soup with zuchhini +carrot (homemade) + 1/2 roti+garlic prawn skewer (( 6 pieces of prawn not skewers hehehe )

    Exercise :

    Morning workout 150 jumping jacks , 8 mins abs blaster workout + 130 steps running + 35 mins walking (after lunch) + 15 sets of yoga asanas (boat pose) + 35 tummy breathing exercise

    Need to focus on abs and

    Lunch - 1 fist rice, spinach kulambu
    Snack - coffee, water melon
    Dinner - lettuce wrap with mushroom - paneer, 1/2 chapati, ginger chicken

    Hi,

    I will do the measurements and update you.
    My weight is 88 Kg.... Stagnant for the past two months.

    Update on 1st Sep :
    Breakfast : 3 small dosa + Tea
    Mid Snack : 5 Dates
    Lunch : Brown Rice with Curd and raw banana sabji + little mixture
    Eve : 1/2 cup milk with sugar +10 banana chips
    Dinner : 5-6 pieces of Dhokla with dates chutney ( Dhokla made with Olive Oil)

    Exercise :

    20 min on treadmill ( burned nearly 180 calories)
    30 min cycling
    No Yoga
    Water : 2 -3 l.

    2 puri + aloo ki sabji
    2 chapati + tinda ki sabji + dal
    dhokla
    2 chapati + Lauki ki sabji
    45 min walking



    2nd September. 2015

    1 glass water
    1 Cup Tea
    1 Big bowl Papaya
    3 Mausambi + 1 Pomegranate (home made juice)
    2 chapati + 1/2 bowl Mixed dal + Bhindi
    1 cup tea + namkeen
    2 chapati + Pumpkin ki sabji
    10 Munakka
    45 min walking

    All doing great try to minimize your snacking items ....

    @ 2nd Sep 2015 :

    Breakky : Sandwich Wholegrain bread with Egg on capsicum and garlic aioli
    Snacks : Coffee no sugar
    Lunch : Oats kanji with capcsicum chutney
    Snacks : banana & 1 mandarin
    Dinner : 3 dosai with sambar + fish and brinjal fry


    Workout : 8 mins HIT workout + 120 fast stair climbing + 15 mins walking + 30 mins power walking
