    Such a good thread to join..I hope this rocks. Dears, except for the last rule all others seems good..But my sleep also poor..want to improve tht. I'm working as well , so I'll try to put best efforts in workouts.

    Hi Friends,I am with my update fro Sep 1.Weight : 51 kgSize around belly button : 34 "Size around butt : 37"Size around thighs : 32"I need to reduce all these inches.Did 6 sets of Surya NamaskarClimbed 4 floors.Diet Chart I will post tomorrow.

    So here comes Sep and here we go girls........... ( from ladies lets become young girls after losing couple of weight)

    Update as on: Aug 31st, 2015

    Breakfast : 3 small glutten free rotis made with gingely oil and tea with two small spoon of sugar.
    Mid day snack : 5 dates
    Lunch : One small box rice with dhal and long beans poriyal
    Evening snack : 3 small glutten free rotis with potato sabji and onions
    Dinner : 3 spoon of dhal mixed with very little mixture and half glass of milk.
    Was finding it difficult to sleep without dinner. But somehow managed.

    Exercise:

    20 min walk on treadmill (burned almost 160 calories)

    Cycling: 20 min

    Other exercises : 5 min

    1. No starvation diets --- yes
    2. Add atleast 15-20 gms protein in each of your meal --- moong dhal
    3. Keep low carbs --- rice intake was more i think
    4. Do healthy swaps every week (for example : instead of spread use avocado , lollies use fruit kebabs )--- not really
    5. Drink atleast 2-3 litre water --- yes
    6. 30-45 mins exercise --- yes
    7. Rest 8 hrs --- 7 hrs
    8. Choose one day or half day fasting --- not fully

    Hi friends,

    Starting today....Hurray...4 months..like what Vani said...we will do our best...

    BF-1 cup tea...2 slice bread( didnt get whole grain...as was rushing to office)
    Snacks-peanuts
    lunch-2 roti with with kadala curry
    snacks-1 apple
    reaching home hungry by 5( i want to avoid food) but cant resist my coffee
    dinner-1 cup oats....
    dont know if I can workout...but still will try and update by tomorrow:p

    @justAnotherMom ... thanks for your effort but that excel sheet is not googledoc and will not update .. :( ... but i will maintain the spreadsheet and will update every 15 days ..
