    Bf - quinoa pongal, white chutney, coffee
    Mm - water melon
    Lunch - fist size puliyodharai, brown rice fried rice 1/2 cup, sautéed potato-cauliflower
    Snack - tea, 2 murukku
    Dinner - 1 fist little millet rice with sambar, sautéed spinach, 1/4 egg

    Water - 2 lt

    Workout
    30 mins stretch with 5 sets of SN
    5 miles walk

    I need to lose some 4kgs of weight and reduce my belly a lot...

    give me some veg diet plan as i am a pure vegetarian...

    btw.. when to take measurements? as soon as we get up or before having breakfast?...

    Snack - tea, murukku
    Dinner - tandoori chicken

    Water - 1.5lt

    Workout
    5 miles walk (including c25k week 2 day 1) n 5 sets SN

    I am always worried about my tummy size too but yipee iam reaching my goal to 32" around belly button ... if i can do u can do it ... just following these 8 rules


    vegetarian plan ... there is no diet plan except you need to follow the strict 8 rules in a day ... you can eat what you need except in fried or sweets form abandon these two from ur daily intake you will see miracles in ur tummy and weight loss ... Also you can spot reduce you need to do healthy clean diet and exercise ..except your menu** time you need to exercise those menu** time you can do pilates or mild walking

    3 miles LS power walk, 2 miles walk, 5 sets SN

    Take measurement immediatedly after doing ur morning routine but without drinking fluid .

    Measurements required are as below :

    3" above the belly button :
    Over the belly button:
    Over the butt :
    Thighs :

    As of Sep 1st and do the same after 1st August

    you should always have a gauge .. for example :

    1 . On 4th day after period i take measurement immediatedly after brushing and finishing my morning routine without any fluid on my tummy .

    same i do on 4th day after my next month period cycle to see the difference .

    .... i am just giving u rough idea but ideal to take measurement as above else four hours after ur solid/liquid food

    Exercise routine with this rule as follows :
    Monday /Wednesday/Friday - Cardio 20 mins - anything u like zumba,intense dance,jogging,running,skipping,jumping jacks,abs,jillian , etc etc bodysculpting workouts
    Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - Pilates/yoga or anything u like or walking 45 mins
    Sunday - Walking only definitely for sure
