    I would like to reduce my weight... I will also join this....

    Can you please suggest some good exercises which can be done at home?.

    Also, can skipping be done daily, if so up to how many counts?..

    Bf - multi grain poridge
    Mm - 2-3 slices mango
    Lunch - kollu fried rice, veggies omlette
    Snack - tea, sesame balls
    Dinner - grapes

    Water - 2.5 lt

    Workout
    20 mins stretch including 5 sets of suryanamaskar.

    @chocogal26 good on you for keeping up the fasting .... let me know the results after a month trial ... fasting for a day and enjoying what u like in moderation and not doing fad diet will definetly make loads of difference ..

    Hello ladies ....

    My trial of 8 clean diet and exercise for a month benefited me as follows :
    1. Starting size around belly button : 38" now it is only 35"
    2. Feel very energetic during the day
    3. My body fat reduced by 0.2%
    4. Reduction from 40" to 38" around my butt
    5. No change to my thigh still 21"
    6. Weight reduction of 1.5Kg (within healthy weight loss) ... you can lose upto 2 kgs in a month

    targeting on waist size around belly size to be 32" at end of Sep month . Please note this is not my waistline it is my line around belly button

    I tried my best to follow as a scripture in bible but atleast i kept to a mark .. Hopefully i will see more benefits from Sep month due to strict stick to the rule
