    Dinner - mutil grain dosai, sambar

    Workout - 2.5 miles walk

    3rd Jan - 4.2 miles walk
    4th Jan - 3 miles LS power walk

    Food
    1 -4th - no restaurant food, moderate portion, little junk here n there, 1 fruit every day, 2 lt water
