Education Counselor/ Higher Ed Counselor Courses

Hello IL frnds,

Sometime ago I came across a thread/post which stated a course for education counselor/ career guidance or higher ed counselor.
I couldn't find the thread or the post.

Can someone throw some light?
I'm thinking to do education counselor course.

Does this course helo to be an educational consultant in India too?
