Easy Way To Find Out The Ovulation Time

There are many sites for evaluating your ovulation day. I would suggest to refer some sites ....

You can check ur ovulation time period by checking your cervical mucus, body temperature and using ovulation strip.

 

Do not go by website ovulation calculator for irregular periods. It just calculates based on 14 days ovulation time before your periods. But that's not the case with everyone. I have a regular periods cycle for 27 days. But I ovulated on 15th day which I found by using ovulation strip. Also make sure you are having sex until 3 days after ovulation just to be on safer side.

The only point is using an ovulation strip and checking body temperature can become an obsession and it shouldn't add stress. So take it slow and do not make it an obsession

I would suggest buying eBay. Because ovulation strip and pregnancy strip together will be cheaper. I bought it from there.

Hi op you can calculate your body temperature to find you are ovulating.use the thermometer under your tounge frum your first day of period. The temperature will rise and dips when you are ovulating. Then it start raising .You can try once it start dipping till it began to raise.
Check it every morning once you got up from your bed before brushing or drinking anything. Note down the temperature everyday it will give you the pattern.
My gynecologist suggested it.
It's better to meet a gynecologist before trying.
