hi i would like to share this easy chicken fry recipe with you...its really easy and very yummy........ u will need Chicken 1/2 kg(preferably boneless) thick curds 250 ml salt as per taste turmeric powder 1/2 a tsp chilly powder 2tbspn garlic cut into tiny pieces 2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1/2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped....1 tbspn to garnish ghee/oil 2tbspn method... clean and drain the chicken pieces take a large bowl add all the curds to it add salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder and all the ingredients except the chicken and mix well. to this batter like curds put the chicken pieces....mix properly....let it marinate in fridge for 1-2 hours.... heat a kadai,add little ghee/oil pour the marinated chicken along with all the mixture into it,once he ghee is hot. close the lid of the kadai...but keep stirring the chicken every now and then,to prevent it from burning. once you feel the chicken is cooked...keep the flame to medium and remove the lid...keep the kadai open and let the mixture start getting dry.....take care not to burn the dish..keep stirring the dish,....once its almost dry switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.... please adjust the salt and chilly according to your taste. it tastes good as a starter or as a side dish with rice too....
