EARPULLING in daycare ?????????

Hi Ladies,

I am working mom and my lo goes to daycare 5 full days 8:30am to 5:00pm she is 3.5 yrs old couple of times she had accident of pp in nap time,,

This daycare is 90% indian but There is one american white teacher she pulled her ear very hardly that she wanted to cry because she did pp in nap and she had to change her clothes and she is telling me she does'nt like this teacher..
i complaint the owner old lady so shes telling me she does pull ear we keep giving her warning but have to keep them cause they stay for long hrs and indians dont so she can more or less warn her,

I am scared of this teacher what if she harms my lo does nasty things to her im SUPER SCARED BUT CLUELESS WHAT TO DO???

Please advice if it was your child or you what will you do.
