    Hi Friends,

    Ive been living in Torrance,CA for the last 3 moths and on L2 visa.
    I had applied for my EAD by then end of june and am waiting to hear from the california center...is there anybody who has secured your EAD from the Califoria Service Center?
    EAD experiences and how long it takes to receive it with this center would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,
    I am also on L2 visa in San Jose.I recently received my EAD which was applied in july.It usually takes 3 months to get ur EAD.

    Thanks Minu...Even I got mine by the end of sep...that was exactly 3 months...so now all set for finding a job...so, hv u managed to get into a job? The US market is driving me crazy...

    Not yet Viji...itseams they dont recruit in Nov n Dec...so Ive stopped trying and thot wud start again in Jan...

    I sail in the same boat as u gals :) I got my EAD first week of Oct and now still sitting at home as this is vacation time :(. Hope we all have some luck soon :) I have my fingers crossed and hope and pray for the best soon :)

    Hi

    Usually It takes 3 months to process EAD .I was in lot of trouble when I renewed my Application as I was using it to work .Since My EAD was expring on october I didn't get a word from USCIS until the last day so we made an appointment and went in person to the USCIS office to enquire and I got my renewal within 5 days.So if ypu have filed the application before 90 days call up NCIS center and tell them its over due and they might expedite .
