    Hi,we are planning to move to Duck pond apt too.........Did you find any Indians family there?And any suggestions for renting the washer and dryer?

    We moved in and its good apartment so far. Yes we do have many indian families at duckpond. Have you moved in .

    Hello everyone,
    We did move to Duckpond and its a wonderful area.School is very close by ( OCEE Elementary within a mile and Kids r kids right behind the apartment). And met Neha too :).

    Many Indians are here so no worries for getting a good company. Hope this helps for the next new movers.
