Ingredients needed: Drumstick 2-3 medium size potatoes(boiled) carrot(boiled) green peas(boiled) chopped onions minced ginger,minced garlic(one spoon) green chilies coriander leaves maida flour bread crumbs salt oil Method: Pressure cook the drumstick and remove the flesh using the spoon. Take a bowl add the boiled potatoes and smash it, then add carrot, green peas, green chilies, chopped onions, minced garlic and ginger, coriander, salt. Mix it carefully so that the vegetables are not smashed completely. Finally drain the water of drumstick flesh and add it to the mixture. Mix it once again and make some patty or the desired shape you want. keep it aside. Take another bowl, add maida flour and water. make sure no lumps formed. Consistency of the batter: Not too thick like dosa batter, not too thin. dip those veg patty in the batter and coat it with breadcrumbs. Pour the oil in frying pan Let it heat for 5-10 minutes. deep fry those patty's in the oil. drumstick cutlet is ready to eat with tomato sauce, green chutney, sweet chutney. A healthy evening snack.
