Doubts regarding Jillian 30 day shread

    Hi Ladies,
    Just now i completed level 1 of 30 days shread .
    My legs and hands was trembling after curcuit -1 strength training i.e with weights.
    I used 3 lb dumbbells . Was that too weight that was the reason for trembling or I was new for the workout.

    I was not able to continue it for 20 mins after circuit -1 I took a break for 30 sec and then conti is that fine .

    please do clarify the above queries.

    first listen to ur body and then to JM> I am in India n in that Level 1 i cannot do more than 6 mins
    i run the video and do along witg the video
    i take a brk for 2 - 3 mins
    start from where i paused. now in 2 weeks time i can do 20 mins at a stretch.. but with veryu minimal difficulty

    Hi Nigu ,

    As you said , you are on the lower side of the weight , you will get the comfort level soon within 3,4 days . As you said in your thread , you wanted to reduce your tummy . You can check Jilian 's 6 weeks 6 packs . Its for abs with mix of cardio circuits . You can mix both 30 day shred with 6 weeks 6 packs :-D . Just give a try and see if you like it .

    Yes I m lower side but not too much as I have another 10 more lbs to go ..
    I have a sagging tummy so I need to work major on tonning it .

    Let me try the 6-week 6-pack and let you know ..

    I have plan to rotate JM Level 1 FOR 30 Days from now and see its results..
    then plan to roate statcy anderson workout or JM or some yoga lets see how it goes ..
