Has anyone tried to do dosa batter with Parboiled rice and has it worked? I used whole urad dal & Mayoori Parboiled rice - 1: 3 ratio. Grinded them seperately & put them in oven with light on. Forget about crispy dosa. My dosa is a failure & Idli with this batter would be the exact definition of "Disaster". Do any of you use parboiled rice and which brand? Measurements also plz..
