Yesterday, feel tired so no, workout slept well. Today doing happily.
Now 106 kilo..
Now my target to become 103
Lose 3 kilo
Time August 21 to Sep 20th
Have a fresh start...
I am at same weight from last 1 month. your post re encouraged me to lose. keep going.
If you interest...let's together update and lose our weight patiently...somewhat I'm also demotivated sometime.

I would love to but I can't update anything as I don't follow anything regularly. It's just hit and trial. Sometimes I am able to do but many times I don't do anything. Your posts encourage me a lot. Just keep going. All the best.
Am telling you this based on my personal experience where I have tried every diet and everything possible to loose weight. I was working in a healthcare company and had free access to dietician and health trainers. I used to tell my friends, family, dieticians, trainers and health coaches about my goal to lose weight and every single person gave me different advices where I was eventually left confused. So much that I would start with one thing, I will get an advice from someone else about losing weight fast and I would leave whatever I was doing and jump on following the new advice and so on.
After all these years and yo-yo dieting, I learnt that there is no short-cut to it. Also I left going to dietician. I did educate myself what foods are healthy and what are not. So I try to eat as much healthy as possible every single day and make sure to be active doing whatever I like - be it going to gym, walking, sports, dancing. Some activities will take more time to lose weight and with some it will be faster, but doesn't matter since your end goal is to "lose weight in a happy and healthy way" and "not to lose weight by specific time". So take it one day at a time and don't feel bad if you skip a day or two. Just enjoy life and weight will come off on it's own. All my friends who have lost weight and maintained it for long time have done so just by walking which people say is the slowest way to lose weight, but their weight loss was healthy.
Two days before my weight 105.2...today 106.
It makes me happy I'm becoming 105kilo.
