Don't Know How To Commit And Love Myself

    The main reason people fail with weight loss is not about just nutrition and failing to exercise...

    The real reason is lack of discipline and dedication plus determination.

    Despite the above,one gains weight or it may take time and keep failing but a never give up attitude will work.

    Also,many do workouts which they hate,try keto diets which are basically used for medical purposes which is all not good.

    Do what you love and add strength training to it.Never go zero carb which is also practically impossible as even many veggies have some carbs.

    Have a well balanced diet and workout what you love.Things will follow..

    Change your lifestyle.

    Also one thing which caught my eye was” diet was difficult to follow” in the thread.

    Mental strength is most important for a good body

    Was going good. But had very very heavy dinner filled with anger. Now nothing can be done. Will take care from tomorrow. :treadmill:

    Hi Afresh, you are right. I need to control myself. I eat continually after 5pm... I change this habit and control my tasty tongue.

    Yes, Discipline is key. I'm not follow it properly. I need to follow it for myself.
    Then I get determination and acheivement in my goals.

    Well said! Breakfast is important to take it early. But I didn't take that usually eat lunch straightly... Simply have banana, tea, coffee like that my breakfast.

    Try to implement this suggestion.

    Its gone k.
    Coffee
    Curd rice with potato
    Melon 3 slices
    Again curd rice with potato
    Tea
    Outside food had Parota 1.

    No physical activity
    Simply play with my kid and household works.

    Hi One suggestion... If ur situation make u angry at the time of eating time... Take a bottle full of water or juice ... Have it fully... Then u feel full also ur stress relieves...

    Now a days I'm doing this...
