Does Patanjali Ayurvedic Fertility Products Helps

hello all. I am new here ,I live in Dublin but belongs to Delhi ,after ttc for 11 months we conceived but miscarried in 12 weeks ,got my first period after 35 days but the second period was 12 days late came after 42 days, now I am waiting for my third period which is already late for 6 days,before pregnancy my cycle was very regular and if 30 days ,now m facing hormonal imbalances due to miscarriage ,I have read lots of articles about Ramdev Ayurvedic products that they helps to regulate the cycle and helps to conceive (putrajeevak,shivlingi,strirasayan,has anyone here used those fertility products recommended by Ramdev and got positive results . Would love hear some reviews from you lively ladies, as we are ttc.
