Documents to apply for Passport and US visa for newborn baby??

hi,
I am pregnant now and came to India from US for delivery..I am planning to go back to US as soon as possible after delivery..I would like to know what all the documents needed for applying passport and visa for newborn baby?..Currently I am on L2visa..I will also have to go to consulate for restamping.What all the things should I remember before going to interview?..What will they ask normally to a parent with newborn kid?

Hi,
if you are asking abt the passport department they will need birth certificate of the child, passports of both the parents with spouse name endorsed and address proof same as on the passport. Annexture H ( if I am remebeeing correctly) signed by both parents.
Ifyou are in Delhi then PSK Are there which takes only 7 days in normal scheme and without policeveeification.
