    Hi All,
    My day was good & as planned y'day:

    Today's plan:
    B/F: Cornflakes with Apple
    Lunch: Rice, & Cabbage curry
    Snacks: Orange, Coffee
    Dinner: bittergourd dosa

    I'm having cold & light temperature today. Not sure whether I can exercise today or not

    I am also on a weight loss challenge...things which I am following are :

    1. Start my day with lukewarn water...also try to drink lots n lots of lukewarm water during the day to.....
    2. Breakfast = 4 Idli+Chuttney / Veg sandwitch / Daliya
    3. 1 seasonal fruit / 2 Mariegold biscuit / juice
    3. Lunch = 2 rotis + curry
    4. Evening snacks = sprouts / biscuit / soup
    5. Dinner = 2 Dal Chilla / 2 roti + curry / 4 idli + chuttney

    I have stopped eating out, also stopped parathas / pooris etc.
    One important thing in the dinner DO NOT take much protein / carbohydrate things.

    Starting your day with lukewarn water with lemon juice is good. Also drinking lukewarm water more often also helps.

    Apart from all the eating patterns, I do Yoga / skipping in the morning. Try to play with my kid in the evening (it solves dual purpose)

    Count me in... I started yday... My sis marriage in jan.. so want to look good for that... Will post my diet daily here

    1. Soken Methi seeds + 1 glass warm water
    2. 6.30 - coffee with less sugar (can't live without this)
    3. 8.30 - Wheat bread 2 slice
    4. 12.00 - papaya 1 cup
    5. 1.30 - cucumber salda + small tupperware cup rice + sambar + buttermilk

    Hey its chilling cold in north india, dont even feel like moving out of bed leave aside exercise. Metabolism also seems to be down. What to do :( Desperately following diet but no use

    My diet yesterday
    40 mins exercise
    EM- tea
    bf-creal
    lunch-Curd rice
    Dinner-2 chapathi + spinach,bread
    had muffins...

    THanks DST... But today my diet was not as usual... i had brunch at 11.00 ... since i had to go for son's school admission...

    7.00 : Coffee
    10.30 : Bruch - dhal , curd, rice and chow-chow kootu

    I am planning to have a fruit (orange) around 4.00 and 2 slices of wheat bread for dinner. Since i got up very late no time to exercise today... Will check if i can workout after i reach home.
