    Hi Friends,

    Count me in ur weight loosing team

    I m 29 years having 5.4" height & weight 95 kgs (Before 6 months) I will update you my current weight soon, want to loose lots of weight.

    my aim to loose atleast 25 to 30 kgs. my problum is having heavy thies & heavy waist.

    1 more thing im working women having 9 am to 6pm job schdule so its diffecult for me to plan exercise. kindly help me in planing the schdule of exercise & diet to loose weight.

    Walked 3kms daily last 3 days.feelng so good.yet to regularise my diet.

    My diet
    BF - Tea + oats
    Lunch-rice+sambar
    Dinner-oats
    Snacks-crackers,grapes..

    Lets keep out spirit high and achieve it...

    Count me in
    Afer my second kids delivery(he is 18 months old) i had touched 98 kgs which was tooo much for 5:3 . Now am 80. The food that we take in makes a hell lot of difference and excercise is a must i guess. So giving myself next 6 months should like to see myself at 72. Had started an excercise routine which took for a toss since past one week due to ill health (suffenering from flu the entire family). Have promised to get back into action from 2moro. Hope will have a challenging and great company while doing so ..
    will start posting menu and routine from tomoro..

    Priya and others, no update from u girls.
    Weekends became non-diet days for me..cooking non-veg, eating out is kind of out of the track...I forgot that I have Wii fit at home...planning to do form tomorrow....

    Frequent dinners outside are making this bit hard:
    Had dinner outside on both Friday & Saturday. Though i had portion control, it was bit tough to resist.
    Managed to excercise on Sunday.
    Plan for today
    Took Cornflakes with fruits for breakfast
    Lunch:3 Rotis with Gobi masala
    Snacks: Orange & fried gram
    Dinner: Oats Dosa

    Exercise: 3km on Treadmill & 3 km on cycle

    i also want to join in this challenge.. iam 65 kgs... planning to lose atleast 1 0r 2kgs by the end of this month

    my diet is
    morning- coffee
    BF- museli with milk or kellogs K with milk.
    mid morning - tea
    lunch- 2 chapathis with veggies
    evening- tea
    night- 2 chapathis with vegetables or oats upma..

    Is this diet ok.. ?
    exercise only 10 mnts of cycling..

    b/f:1 serving of upma wih tomato soup
    m/m:1 cup coffee
    lunch:i bowl rice ladies finger curry and sambar
    excercise:did 30 min aerobics
    evening:i cup tea and 2 slices of bread
    dinnr:1 roti with curry
