    Lots of thread going on here on weight loss...Good to see ladies motivating each other for a big success on weight loss

    Lets join together to welcome a new year with atleast few pounds oof of our body....

    Being in winter months, I STOPPED walking, eating sweets/snacks, I gained wt and size too increased....Today I'm all awake....

    Lets share our wts and target here to achieve by end of this year though 19 days left....Sure the diet/few minutes execise make us feel lighter...

    Sure Priya, will do it. Lets share the diet daily. I'm planning to loose min 4 lbs.

    You lost 15 kgs!!! tats great girl.....any tips by ur experience...

    Priya, I'll update my diet end of the day. I'll be more on diet than walking outside,bcoz of cold weather and no gym.
    Since I started from today,I reduced my intake lil. less - don't want to be very strict and did floor exercise.
    BF - Cereal with lowfat milk
    Lunch-3 chappathi+gravy
    Dinner-glass of milk+1whole grain bread. Planned to have fruits,but couldn't do it.
    Lots of water than earlier days.

    Hi All,
    Let me also join in:

    Here's my plan for the day:
    Breakfast: cereals with half apple & guava
    Lunch: 3 chapathis with Brinjal curry
    Dinner:2 Dosa
    Minimum 8 glasses of water today.

    I'm struggling to keep my hands away from coffee. Yes it's winter time & there's a new coffee machine in my office, which makes great coffee.

    Exercise plan: Treadmill for Half an hour & cycling for twenty mins.

    Oh me too.. I want to reduce atleast 3 kgs in next 2 months.. so me targeting to reduce 1.5 by this month. Already started it long back..

    Planning to go for a 20 minutes brisk walk in the morning and evening.
    4 times a day diet is my plan and replacing soup with intermediate snack.

    I am a regular jogger.. for the past 2 months i am not able to bring that in my routine.

    I did my jogging today.... finally after a long time.. feeling really fresh .....

    But had poor bhajji for breakfast :(
    veg burger for lunch
    evening, a cup of soup and a cup of boiled corn
    dinner - a bowl of rice with a cup of milk

    hi friends,

    i dont believe in weight loss by diet.. healthy eating is a life style change which all of us hv to do, but that alone is not enough for weight loss / fitness / staying in shape. exercise is a must. 2 sessions of weight training is good. on other days we can try yoga, cardio and streching exercises. especially after pregnancy we struggle to reduce our waistline. we look very odd only bcos of it. i found this website. i tried it only for one day and i was surprised by the effect. my friends started asking me, how i hv managed to look thinner. give it a try before u get into any conclusions..
