Do you have Payal sinha's tips

Hi friends
Yesteray I happened to saw Pragya Channel's show Call for care and the expert in it Payal Sinha gave really good tips for hair and skin.
Actually she was so fast in telling that I could write down only 2-3 tips but any one who is regular viewer of her could tell many tips as she repeats it for different queries of viewer.
So if any member have her tips for common ladies problem like hair greying, falling, dandruff, dryness, skin taning, fairness, glowless skin etc pls do share here for all
