Modular kitchen needs maintenance and maintenance.. i have seen people maintaining them as new as it was the day it was done, 10 years later too..

and also it depends on the wood.

not heard of them poornima, better use somebody who comes recommended by your known circle..
when i went for the same 2 years back with 1.5mm thick wood, good plywood, i think it cost me 1000..now the cost of everything has gone up..labour precisely has gone up. but still 1800 is a tad costly methinks..get more quotations and you can have a negotiation to see if it works or look for someone else..but honestly getting somebody who is good and doing everything on time is a dream that does not happen for many ..

Hi I have below questions. can someone answer them based on the experience?
1.) How long it takes to comple false ceiling work for living room(only 1 room)
2.) average time of completing wood work(3 bedrooms, modular kitchen, few other small cupboards)
3.) can the above be done after we move in to the new flat or only aftrer completing both we can move in. As we are looking at moving it at the earliest.
4.) what stage can the flat (after painting or after flooring?) be to engage the wood work person and have him start the work.
