At what price you booked? It seems that there is a delay in getting the approval.

 

Just got to know about this builder! He is increasing the price of appartment for existing custormers!!! Such a bad strategy. Even though he had some success stories under his sleeves, he taking the customers on a ride in this AAshira project! I am going for Plaza, which is looking comperatively better!! surprisingly this builder has increased the price for EXISTING customers!! which no other builder do! budget has gone up side down now... dream home goving away.... i would have avoided this builder first place!
