aparna, I got the pre-lauch offer mail at 2699. isha is a renowned builder. his other projects have been good. the launch offer will be 2700. I liked the floor plan too. if you are not worried about occupying immediately, you can look into this. even antony associates have one project in the nearby.
rena, anu builders are good players in the medavakkam area. and their plans were ok, with the hall spacious isn't it. congrats on your purchase.

THANKS A LOT Ya Shanthi. It's a separate world actually. They don't provide amenities like MARG,TVH, Hiranandani or ISHA. Its a simple decent construction but genuine too.

Aparna, It takes 5 minutes of bike ride from main road(bus stop). In my flats itself, second floor(1009 sq.ft) is available. Total cost(including EB and registration) come to 29 lacs only. But good plan. See the location below See the plan below
Rena, oh each project has a charm that suits a individual. In the anu builders plan though the space efficiency is there, i would have liked a balcony and a utility space. the bedrooms are spacious.. isha, has a utility space, and though the bedrooms have been reduced in the size, for the same sq.ft area you get 3 bhk instead of the 2bhk. and i would compare like type projects. i cannot compare isha yaara with signature villas of theirs itself, the same way as fern villas, with their apartments. this is my personal opinion. nothing against any builder as such.
aparna, what is your budget and your requirement, a 2bhk/3bhk.is it going to be your place of residence later on. antony group is into projects. google for them. most of their projects are in nanmangalam and medavakkam and next rajakilpakkam. you will see they area all budget flats. and all sold out. there are other players too.
Ya Shanthi. Sorry I think I talked something differently. What I meant to say is Anu Builders will suit only for the normal home lovers and not for people who expect all amenities. I didn't compare Anu Builders with MARG or etc. I just told those names so that it will be easy for Aparna to visualise what exactly is. rena, nothing to worry. it happens. i just wanted to correct the view you were projecting from your post. again, i thought you took the ff. the ff was looking better than the second..ensure he makes the terrace neat. in the sense water proofing treatment is done well. both on your roof and the terrace. does he agree to any modifications. again, do you really think you are getting 1009sq.ft of space. because my present 820sq.ft flat has a 2bhk..- hall is 18x10, 1bhk is 14x10 and another is 12x10. bathrooms are 9x6 and 9x5 with kitchen at 8x10 and utility of 4x10. it looks smaller. just check out what is your built up area. (sorry to ask this, i feel it is hard earned money dear..is he charging you more because of the open terrace and common area.) what about car parking.??
