The shameful incident of three ministers watching blue film clips in Karnataka assembly has lowered the image of politicians further in public's eye. Already , Politicians are seen as a scoundrel, cheat, thief etc etc. Now we can add " Shameless" and "immoral" to the titles. And to think that one of the three is actually Minister for Women's and Child Welfare ! Disgusting !

I am not saying we expect our leaders to be saints . Because we, the people who elect them, are not saints either. But they should at least have the decency to do certain things in private , in their own houses.
In our country, watching pornography in private is not illegal or prohibited,. And it is natural for men to have interest in seeing it. No harm there. But it is illegal to see and share it in public, more so in the Assembly, where mobile phones are banned in the first place. Their act only shows what respect they have for the seat of government. How can such people be expcted to do good for the people when they have zero self respect ?
The B.J.P. has a lot of embarrassment on its hands, especially since it keeps harping on moral values of our indian culture etc.

No shame at all. How much ever bad we think politicians are, they are actually worse than that. The people who elected them should give them a stoning in public place for doing such things in Assembly.

height of hypocrisy. we make a issue out of boys and girls hanging out together on valentine's day yet we watch **** in a place which is very much in the eye of the media, without being bothered that they could be caught.

AS long as it is my party member, i would turn a blind eye or justify anything.

I am sure it would have been from a mobile bought from our tax payments, and a free internet connection.. #!$!#$#!.

    Democracy gives them the power..

For every job you are required to have the correct qualification. Even a peon . But guess who need not have any qualification. And of course I forgot how about character certificate from school and college ,guess again who don't need it? It is time candidates standing for public office should have education and no criminal proceedings in criminal or civil court. If they do they should face permanent ban from contesting.
