Dear Sisters, Can someone bring out the difference between Computer Science and Information Technology? Suppose a student does a UG, what would he have learnt if he has opted for Computer Science or if he has opted for Information Technology. Thanks in advance
Hey, To the point I know...i am computer science graduate and i know a friend who has done Information Technology, the main difference between these two groups at the END CS focuses on more towards software technologies, terminolgies, logics, algorithms, methodologies etc whereas IT mainly concentrates on the hardware side of the computers like the communications theory, protocols, networks etc. -Bujji
