    Hai friends,

    i am kavitha.my baby is 6 month old now.i am breast feeding my baby and started solid foods.day by day i will put on weight.i want to reduce my belly.can u tell me how to reduce my weight by diet and also what type of exercise i want to do.i am more worried about my weight.

    Hi Kavitha,

    My suggestion is to go on for a morning walk and exercise after that. You can have a spoon of honey and a drop of lemon with warm water in empty stomach. You can also try Lavana Tailam. I tried all these and have lost almost 3 Kgs in a month. I've not followed any strict diet but I watch my food and prefer not to eat oily or junk foods.
