Delhi, the capital of India proudly preserves many heritages right from the early medieval period. Infact, Delhi is witness to every scar that India was inflicted with and every victory that India achieved through great sacrifices right from the historical period to the present. Still we can feel the presence of the Mughals and Lodhis is some of the monuments.

India Gate a place worth to watch seems to be capturing the heart of Delhi. It pays homage to all the soldiers who scarified their lives for their motherland. It shows how much love and care they were having for their country."Aye mere watan ke logo, zara aankh mein bhar lo pani, jo shaheed hue hain unki, zara yaad karo kurbani".

The best example of ancient architecture can be seen in the Red Fort. It was constructed in 17th century by Emperor Shahjahan. The interiors inside the fort shows us the luxurious lifestyle of the Mughals.

From my point of view 90% of the historical monuments in India are gifted to us by Mughals. Do you all agree to this?
