Delhi blues

The flooring of the bathroom in the hostel room where I stayed was uneven as a result water used to stagnate emanating smell. When a person came to look into the complaint my friend in an effort to convey it to the local fellow said "Bathroom se khushboo aa rahi hai". Poor girl she knew only one word for conveying smell. At the same moment another friend came out of the bathroom wearing only an underskirt and a towel on top-You know how girls dress up in a totally girls' area! That time actress Khushboo was ruling the tamil film world. Her name was synonymous to glamour. We co related the word Khushboo with the friend's dressing and had a hearty laugh.
