Delayed Periods and Duphaston

    Hi ILs,

    I dint get my periods this month so went to gynaec she prescribed me duphaston. Need to take 2 tablets per day for 5 days. I have completed the 5 days course on March 5th it self.

    When will I get my periods after stopping duphaston

    My gynaec told you will get your periods within 2 days of stopping.

    Any thoughts on this?

    HI @afcpreethi normally it may come in 2 days, but for some it may take 3 days and for some it wont untill 5 days... so no need to worry....

    wait for 5-7 days after stopping - if no withdrawal bleeding, do a pregnancy test (repeat even if already done)

    Hi Gals,

    Thanks for your replies. I just called up my gynaec . She told to wait for one more day and come for scan on Wednesday , if I dont get my periods.
