December Music Festival On Il

Since its the Margazhi season, thought we should have a music festival on IL too. Shall post a video of upcoming/ established but decently popular artistes everyday in this thread.

Since it's a Saturday today, remembering Venkateshwara and beginning with an exponent in Annamayya Sankeerthanas, Sri Sattiraju Venumadhav. A Carnatic musician, Venumadhav has composed some rare Annamacharya Sankeerthanas.

@Shanvy, so true, she's synonymous with Annamacharya Sankeerthanas. She decided to dedicate her life to God and to propagate Annamacharya Sankeerthanas and thus took oath not to have kids! Very dedicated and devout. May God always keep her happy.

Today's performers: Shri Kuldeep M Pai and team. THey have a series called Vande Guru paramparam which has a huge following on youtube. One of his proteges, Soorya Gayarti is very poular, but there are many more in the team, and all the children sing beautifully.
