    Hello All,

I had been following this post since it was created but was lazy to create account and post .
My due date is Dec 11th 2017.I suffered from nausea and vomiting in April end and may.
    From June everything is fine.

I walk to office 20 mins in morning and 20 mins evening, after lunch around 30 mins walk.
This is the only exercise I am doing right now.

Currently in UK and starting leaves in August end and going to India to parents home for delivery.
Planning to do yoga from that time.

I hope to find more information from you all in this beautiful journey .

I did 3 hr glucose test and again failed in 2 points.:( :(

I am so worried about it.. My Gyn suggested to be on diet and monitor blood sugar 4 times a day.. If anyone have GD now/in previous pregnancies pls do share the diet you followed/following so that i would be helpful to me..

    Hi Everyone,

Please let me know what diet you all are following.
My iron levels were fine when last tested but still doctor suggested me to have supplements as its just at border of fine reading.
But I don't feel like having supplements so including more pulses and dal in diet.

I have a problem with in take of calcium as I am lactose intolerant was able to have yogurt before but from few weeks I cant have plain yogurt at all, if it is in raita or something I can eat but not plain one,not sure if it is due to pregnancy.

Can anyone suggest plant based high calcium foods. For now I am having dill leaves since its high in calcium.
But would like to include more calcium sources,I am averse to having supplements so trying to include everything naturally.
