    Hi ladies,

    Hope everyone doing well. I am not active these days in IL bcoz of nausea and vomitings. I am 20 weeks pregnant now and am feeling better and baby movements just started. Any one doing yoga or knitting??

    Not doing Yoga. But walking daily for 20 mins post lunch and sometimes in evenings too. I dont know knitting. :rolleyes:
    R u attending any prenatal yoga classes?

    That is very true. I walk around for a short distance in office every one hour. Sometimes feeling lazy:rolleyes:

    no yoga ..i dont think i will do.i am scared to do any exercise..because i got this pregnancy after lot of struggle. but next time when i visit doc i will ask..i am not doing any work not even cooking and making me worry.i am just walk 15 min after every meal ..
    knitting i like to do it but i forgot everything...

    Hi Neha,

    good work on preparing the list.
    I dont follow any specific diet except home made veg food. Morning it is usually 4 idlis, mid morning coffee, lunch one and half cups of rice with sambar/any gravy and any vegetable with curd. evening small cup of coffee and any steamed snack like puttu/idli with banana. Night 3 or 4 idlis or chapathis. I simply hate sweets or sweet dishes. Sometimes i like biriyani and have one cup of in lunch. Night i have one of cup of milk. Having the same diet for the past one month and surprisingly i am not bored at all. I had garlic bread slices yesterday in coffee day and it was so yummy.:p:p:rolleyes:

    than ok my diet is also same as i am veg i just add 1 or two fruits in diet as hubby force a lot.i stopped drinking coffee tea rarely i have it..i am trying to add dry fruits also but i dont feel to eat anything much..and i am worried my weight increasing every month 1-1.5 kg :(
