Anyone used this Dead Sea mud for face mask. Any reviews? What are the other things we can do with it. I heard and read about its herbal values.
whole (medium sized) fish, like red-snapper, can be coated with the mud, to a thickness of five mm or greater, laid on a fish baking grill pan (you can get it from BedBath&B or Williams-Sonoma) and bake it. The mud is salty, and that oozes into the flesh of the fish nicely. I bet you can find the exact recipe (what else to put in/on the fish before encasing that in the mud, oven temperature and time of baking) if you google for it.
