Oh, I am glad you too like this movie. No, @Mistt , I dont speak Telugu, but can understand a little, thanks to many Telugu kirtanas and Telugu speaking friends. I watched this movie twice; liked it so much. Will watch it many times. A timeless classic.

Knock, knock! Is the thread active? I love dance. When I landed in this country, the first thing I was inducted into was a long-running television series. That serial has stubby villains who look like carved out of a metallic block. Later I found out that the inspiration for those robots was a dance form. Beats me! A peppy dance has inspired the design of a pepper-pot shaped droid. But the dance happens to be none other than the Georgian ballet and it was the costumes in the repertoire that inspired the television maker. "Watching the Georgian State Dancers on television, Terry Nation was struck by the way the women seemed to glide, their tiny, smooth steps hidden by long skirts. The skirted shape and trundling motion of the Dalek [cyborg] was born." There are plenty of videos on Georgian National Ballet founded by the Sukhishvili couple. Here's one with shuffling costumes.
The above Dance video is from the Hindi movie ABCD directed by the great dancer Prabudeva. All the dances in this movie is fabulous and the above one is the climax dance.Enjoy
