Dance away with Zumba challenge - 4 weeks

    I did my stats now and I would say inch loss, I would like to see a difference of atleast an inch from the tummy area.
    Weight as of today I am at 58.7 Kgs and would like to come to 58 Kgs by the end of this 4 weeks

    hi ,

    I love zumba. I would like to join the challenge. I do have a zumba dvd but the steps are little twisted. I was unable to follow it.

    I go to 1 hr class everyweek starting from next week to an instructor.

    Can you explain in detail. Like the name of the video?, where can I find it? I am desperate to loose my last 4 pounds...

    Good start!! I love to join this 4 week challenge.....I'm already on diet and lost 3lbs,still to shed 13 lbs.....Please share the video link...

    Shanvy, Just curious to know is your tummy sutures(is it C-section) problem due
    to practicing Zumba??? Please clarify to be on safer side before starting Zumba, since I had 2 C-sections...

    My today's trial version

    Ladies,

    Lets start from tomorrow Day 1.

    Today is Day 0 - Lets prep for the Zumba challenge.

    I have two videos: Zumba basics and 20 minute express
    Another is Flat abs - Zumba live


    Today me tried both the videos:
    The basics is very good because they teach every dance step in three beats:
    Beat 1 is slow
    Beat 2 is medium with little hand movement
    Beat 3 is fast with legs and hand movements combined

    This is 1 hour video which I did not go throug fully. Tried upto 25 minutes.

    Next me did the Flat abs - Zumba live and must say - absolutely fantastic

    I am sure this is not only will give flat abs but overall thighs and body will get toned.

    This is split into 10 minute live themes. I just did a 10 minute interval today and though I am exhausted, it is so nice and lively.

    Have never enjoyed workout like this before

    Before starting the video, I thought to myself, eh, I have learnt Bharatnatyam, these steps seem simple

    But oh my goodness, they are not simple and simply wonderfully exhausting
    Keep a bottle of water and a towel for sure you will sweat

    My plan is to start with 20 minutes of this Zumba live- flat abs and see how it goes

    Are Zumba live and Flat abs are different videos? or the video itself is called as Zumba live flat abs?
