hi minijagan... why dont you try Indian Arts in Sharjah. My niece has been going there for the past 2 years and we are very happy with her progress. I guess they teach dance, music, and even instruments; though i am not sure if they teach ottam thullal. they give good individual attention and if they feel the parent and kid is interested; they take extra interest and send the kids for competitions. they are very dedicated. they are located in Rolla.
