    I am straight away coming to the point!
    We all know that doing Surya Namaskar has numerous benifits from head to toe..
    It helps to regulate irregular menstrual cycle in women and acts as anti-aging to give glow to the face and reduces wrinkles..Gives good posture too!
    Ladies please join this thread to update your surya namskar yoga routine and motivate each other..

    Today did 12SNs with one hour walking outside..

    Had a cold,so skipped doing SN for 3 days.
    Back to 20 SN today followed by 15 minutes of Pranayam.

    I am doing 12SNs with 45mins to 1 hour walking almost daily.. have to do pranayam and mainly kapalbhathi..
