    I keep a daily planner how much work out (both yoga and tread mill)i did and snacks I ate keep a separate column for veg and fruit

    Hi Vimalalucky,

    As you said, it is better to have a diary mentioning all these details. it will motivate us to stick to our schedule on both workout and diet.. :)
