hi daddy'sangel, Actually, no. I do not have much morning sickness, just during brushing only. Thing is, I am not having enough time to prepare breakfast. Anyway, I have decided to grind batter for idli/dosa this weekend and use the same for bf here onwards..
Today's menu B fast: 2 aloo Prantha and butter n curd 11 am: one orange Lunch: rajma chawal, curd n salad. Evening: tea and sandwich Dinner/: chapati n aloo capsicum subji, rajma and pickle Post dinner: one cup saffron milk.
Today's menu, BF - Vegetable Pulav Lunch - Rice, rasam, dal with pasalai keerai grown in my home.. Snacks - Tea and Biscuits Dinner - Chappati, Ladies finger fry, dal, curd..
Yde's menu: BF: Idli Lunch: Brown (skinned) Masoor Dal , Rice, Carrot-Mthi-Peas dry veg Snack-met with some friends, had coffee, muffin and some spinach corn sandwich Dinner-Daal Kichdi (from restaurant-order) Today's menu BF: Carrot/ coriander Dosa (this dosa batter is so handy and useful.....) Lunch: cauliflower, aloo gravy with Plain paratha for me, FIL...Red Bhopala dry veg for MIL/ DH Dinner: Aloo Paratha, Curd, green chutney cutie, when should we start having saffron milk??
Here is my update for yesterday : 8 Am : Upma + 1 glass milk with Bournvita 10 Am : Banana 12 noon: Rice + Turai Moong dal curry 3 pm: Cantalopue 1 cup 5 pm: little upma and Tea 7 pm: honeydew juice 8:30 pm : 3 roti + Aloo palak curry After eating all this.. I was still hungry at 3 am... had a glass of milk with homemade doodh masala pwdr/
Babes...Cream biscuits etc not done for BF..u need to have something more substantial/ nutritious BF: Upma, Milk Lunch: Sambhar, Beetroot veg, Keerai Masiyal, Rice, chips Eve: coconut water Dinner: yet to decide..
Today's Menu : BF : Roti, dal palak and soy milk 11 am : One banana Lunch : Rice , Mango Dal , Bitter Gourd stir fry, salad and curd Evening : Dates Dinner : Not yet decided,,,most probably the lunch items will be continued
SSM014... Oh....is it?? I had asked this question 2 days bak,,,,but din see any reply.....so went ahead with it,,,, 2days bak hubby got me a big bag of dates and asked me to have it as it is rich in iron,,,,but i was a bit confused whether to take it or not,,,, Anyways thanx a lot for the advice,,,, Does dis apply to all three trimesters or jus d first one???
