Daily Menu Updates for Pregnant Women

    Daddysangel,

    Are you on normal weight or overweight.. if you are overweight.. and if your parents (anyone) have diabetics.. try to reduce intake of sugar items..(Mostly these cakes are made from Maida.. which is not good for health)

    If you are normal weight.. and dont have any diabetics history.. you can enjoy for some more time this cup cakes.. but it should be stopped soon..

    Saffron will create more heat itseems.. so i prefer to take after completion of 3 months..

    Hey girls I would also to join u:)
    My menu for yesterday was
    B fast: gobhi Prantha N curd.
    11 am : one banana
    Lunch: 2 chapati N black channa Gravy with one small cup curd
    4 pm /: one orange
    6 pm tea and one cheese sandwich
    Dinner : chapati with yellow daal n salad.
    Post dinner: one cup milk.

    He...he..!!! To be frank am underweight :D My gynaec was really concerned when she saw my weight ,,, I've been given one supplement to increase my weight,,, But the main problem with me is that i cannot take milk as iam lactose intolerant,,, so right now am taking soy milk which isn't showing any quick result,,, But am still positive and trying to eat healthy so that on my next visit to doc i see an increase in weight :)

    Hey..

    Whats your current height and weight.. Try eating lots of sprouts.. which will give you good body mass and protein..

    My height : 5'1 and weight : 46 kg

    Could u please clear my doubt,,,, Should the sprouts be cooked before eating ?? Because once I had it as it is in a salad and i just vomited the whole thing.... Are dates good at this time???

    My updates:

    bf:cream biscuits 4
    lunch: mango dal,rice
    1 pm: coconut water
    6 pm: veggie chips, pomegranate juice
    dinner: pav bhaji

    Saw your menu ... And am a bit surprised :spin to read that you had biscuits for breakfast,,,, Why so?? I think you should take a heavy breakfast...ya its a different thing if you are experiencing morning sickness but still try to have something more healthy,,, :) take care dear :thumbsup
