Daily Log Of Exercise And Food

    Let's keep a track of our exercise routine and food routine

    I strongly believe that weight loss is a mindset and you can achieve by changing your habits and lifestyle ...

    I have lost weight and inches but moving forward to lose 10 kgs is my ultimate goal !!!

    At end of Week (wednesday ) lets update their weight and inches ...

    Day 1 ( 25th Sep )

    Exercise routine : 7 mins lucy workout
    Food log : Morning : bullet coffee
    Mid morning : 500 ml warm water
    Lunch : Chicken soup + butter milk
    Mid lunch : Boiled egg X 2
    Dinner : mutton soup
    Post dinner : small serving of Kollu soup


    Weight : 63kgs
    NW : 81 cm
    WW - 93.5cm
    MW - 34 inches

    recently there was a new thread on this forum by @shravs3 about changing our destiny (anagram of density !), and I went in there thinking that was about some kind of BMI related thread. It wasn't.
    I have also been using a 7M smart phone app !! Called "7M Workout". I cannot do certain things like jumping jacks that are in the workout, but overall it is a mixture of modified Aasanas (yoga, stretching exercises), and mild muscle toning exercises. Then I walk on the treadmill or actual city streets (shopping) for 5000 steps or more.

    Very nice healthy lifestyle try to have smoothies rather than fruit juice as it will shoot ur insulin and crave for food

    Hi everyone,IAM sure food plays the majority of role in the journey of weight loss.
    I read some have soup alone for lunch. According to me we should have balanced nutritional meal.dont concentrate on any one macronutrients.(eg low carb and high protein etc).
    This is my opinion.dont starve.
    Alter your food only if you can continue through out your life.other pattern will not help to keep the weight off for long periods .it might come back.

    Dinner : White rice +kollu soup+ cheesy egg fry.

    Exercise routine: 7 mins lucy workout
    Food log : Morning: electrolyte, small veggie wrap + chocolate cake (2 pieces)
    Mid morning: 500 ml warm water
    Lunch :
    Mid lunch : Prawn toast +chicken dumpling (X2 )
    Dinner : salt and pepper squid + steam prawn rice roll

    Restarting my food and exercise log :

    8th Oct 2018 :

    Morning : Fenugreek water
    Breakfast :Scrambled egg and black bean patties
    Mid morning : nut powder
    (2 tsp )
    Lunch : salad + tandoori chicken
    post lunch : black coffee + 5 crackers
    Dinner : one roti + garlic chilli chicken curry +1 ladoo

    Exercise : 3 X 400 m run & 7 mins lucy workout
