    Hope others join and revive this thread. My DD is 2.

    Breakfast: Oats/spinach/mungdal khichdi with orange.
    Lunch: Dal and broccoli/bell pepper with quinoa. Dinner will be same as lunch.

    I am so jealous of your kid she/he gets amazing food variety! When and how do you manage to make this all? And how old is your kid to eat this food?

    Hmm, thanks... is this good? I regularly pity my DD for being stuck with my food. She is 2 but cannot chew too well. Is this appropriate or enough for her? I don't know. She eats quinoa and dal most days. I started posting here for accountability and hoping I will get some company. The previous posts in this thread sound so good, I plan to go over them slowly for other ideas.

    Lunch- Spinach dal with quinoa, green beans
