deepa, has the project started? i was under the impression that the builders did not get the mandatory no objection certificate required as it is very close to the restricted area...defined by archaelogical survey of india.. if area is not the problem, check out arbertorium??
Hi The project is approved by banks including SBI, HDFC and construction is in full swing. Also, it is part of arboretum (one side is begonia, one side acacia and this is third side). DABC said as this is joint venture project, they have not mentioned this as part of arboretum. But this is inside the compound or butting to the compound of arboretum. I dont believe archaeological restriction comes to this area as it is in ponmar and maharishi vidya mandhir have laid their stone inside arboretum.
