Ha ha @Srama thanks for your kind invite. Just reading your post increased my heart beat and practising breathing technique now! I know they are lovable adorable, toooooooo loyal and are far better than fellow humans who are more dangerous. But something inside me crumbles even thinking about them. But i shall remember the breathing exercises and practise it

 

Sumathy just practise breathing technique as @Srama says and see if it helps
