CURRY LEAF SAMBAR ingredients- Bunch of curry leaves,2 teaspoons pepper,2 teaspoons turdal,1 teaspoon cummin seeds, pinch of asfoetida,lemon size tamarind,salt to taste, PROCEDURE-Soak the tamarind for half an hour. Roast all the above ingredients in 1 spoon of oil. And grind it into powder paste.Squeeze the tamarind into 2 glasses of water.Add salt to taste and asfoetida and ground mixture. Then, Boil for 2-3 minutes.Take half spoon of ghee. Put some mustard seed.Then,Give tadka to curry leaf sambar. AUNTY
