Depends on the location, developments, etc. Varies from 500/600 per sq feet in the outskirts to 8-10k per sq feet (or even more) in central areas. As Amihere pointed out, please check the Time property for rates across the city. Another point to note is, in some areas, even though they are in the outskirts, the property could be anything between 60 lakhs to a few crores - esp if they are from big developers like Prestige etc. Generally, villas in a gated community are priced high.
