cracked and dry heels

You can wash your heels with hot water, definitely it will remove all the dirts. Makes your heel from crack.

Use Himalayas Foot Cream...It really shows the results within 3-4 days.Before using the foot cream,clean ur legs with a mild soap.Cover the foot with socks after applying the cream.

I am usinh Revayur Foot cream. Good results.

Also, the best home remedy is to apply fresh cream (malai) on the heels at bedtime. This is tried and tested remedy. Have seen my granny used this from many years and she had the loveliest pair of feet ever

Cracked heels are due to sensitive skin. I have it too. This is what I do. Everyday during shower in the end I scrub my feet with these scrubbers.

Sit down on a stool. First use the metal scrubber then the emery board. Do this at the end of bath everyday. Before going to bed apply Vaseline or foot cream. Try to wear footwear or socks at home. You will have beautiful feet in a week.
