    Hi Ladies,

    I am a NRI and we are planning to return to India soon late 2017.

    I would like to find out about cost of living for a couple in Bangalore.

    We will live in rented 2BHK close to work. We own a place here, so won't be planning to buy in India

    House Rentals are high in Bangalore. You have to pay 10 - 12 months rent as advance and generally the lock in period is 11 months. You can talk to the owner depending on your requirement (if they agree :) )

    Apart from the rentals, all other things like groceries, vegetables and other things are normal and affordable.
